What do you do when your highly rated Editor-in-Chief is not working out so well? What happens when your editorial board aren't up to standard? These scenarios can have a significant impact on the performance and rating of your journal, but can seem like an insurmountable problem to fix.
In this second webinar focusing on Editor-in-Chiefs and Editorial Boards, our expert panel will draw on their own experience of working with underperforming editorials board and what steps can be taken to improve or avoid this situation. They will consider systems to regularly monitor and manage expectations on both sides, how to create a constructive dialogue to identify and resolve issues, and how to manage the transition when a change of EIC or editorial board member is necessary.
