The Annual General Meeting of the General Assembly of the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers will be held at 12 noon on Thursday 9 September 2010 at the Robinson Executive Centre, Wyboston Lakes, Great North Road, Wyboston, Bedfordshire MK44 3AR.(details) to coincide with the ALPSP International Conference (8-10 September).   If you wish to attend the AGM but have not registered for the main conference, please email Lesley Ogg.

The Annual General Meeting is open to the named representative (also known as the 'main member contact') of all Full and Associate Members of ALPSP but only representatives of Full Members are eligible to vote.  Business will include a review of ALPSP's Accounts and a presentation by the Chair, CEO and Treasurer of the Association's current position and future plans.  New members of the Council of ALPSP who will begin their terms of office in January 2011 will also be announced at the meeting.
