We have three email discussion lists for ALPSP members only: Discuss, Copyright-Discussion and NA-Chapter.
Acceptable Use The lists may be used for general discussion and for bringing issues which may affect the scholarly publishing community to the attention of ALPSP members. Please do not use the lists for general industry announcements (which should be directed at the ALPSP blog instead by sending notifications to Ian Russell), for commercial or advertising material or to announce new services designed for researchers, libraries or the community gererally. The lists are not designed to be used to publicise conferences, meetings, workshops or training courses other than those being run by ALPSP. ALPSP reserves the right to post information and notices about services provided to members to the discussion lists described below.
Please also note our guidelines with respect to Anti-Trust Law. If you are not sure, please contact Ian Russell.
Discuss is a forum for sharing information of interest to fellow members, raising issues for discussion, or asking for advice or suggestions. Someone is sure to have had the same problem before you, however trivial it may seem! Organizational or company news may be posted on the ALPSP Blog (please email Ian Russell).
Copyright-Discussion is a specialist forum dealing with copyright-related issues, developments and queries. Its members include the Copyright Committee members, many of whom have legal expertise.
NA-Chapter is a new forum for exchanging ideas, addressing concerns and sharing solutions within the ALPSP North American Chapter. It is open to all ALPSP members based in North America.
If your organisation is a member of ALPSP and you would like to sign up to any of these lists, please send an email to Diane French (with your name, organisation and email address) |
