ALPSP is committed to supporting diversity, equality and inclusivity in all its activities. The ALPSP Conference provides a friendly forum in which to share information and knowledge and discuss the challenges and opportunities facing our industry.   We encourage open discussion and debate balanced with respect and consideration. We expect everyone taking part in the Conference to use appropriate language throughout, to respect differences of opinion and be inclusive of a diverse range of experiences and perspectives.

Please remember:

  • All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience which includes people of many different backgrounds. Sexual behaviour, language or imagery is not appropriate.
  • Be kind to others.  Do not insult or put down other speakers or attendees.  Be aware of using jargon which may exclude others from engaging in the discussion
  • Behave professionally. Sexist, racist, ageist or other exclusionary, intimidatory or disruptive behaviour is not appropriate.

We expect everyone who takes part in the ALPSP Conference to follow this code of conduct. ALPSP reserves the right to exclude anyone who knowingly fails to comply with these principles and guidelines from the online meeting.
